we have some good news: There have been no more deaths at our Kisangani Parrot Conservation Center since the 26th of November. We are hopeful as we put together a team of vets and a laboratory to help next time an epidemic hits. Please help us.
Here is our Core Group Team

These few people of the core group work with our staff at the Parrot Conservation Centers, with the provincial and national administrations and with law enforcement to keep pressure on parrot traffickers, rescue parrots and return them to the wild.
Why are we asking for your help, now ? We had a particularly good year: A national law against grey parrot trade is signed! Three functioning Parrot Conservations Centers are currently rehabilitating 261 birds! And we have successfully released 291 parrots back to the wild this year! Most of these had been six months to a year in rehabilitation before they could fly free.
BUT to meet the challenges along the way, we spent more money than we had and we are now borrowing from 2026 funds. We want to keep up the momentum. Please help us.
