I loved this post. Made me reflect how you don’t need to leave your stoop in the tropics to observe interesting biology. The lizard is Agama agama. This is a species that, unlike so many others, has benefited from so many Homo sapiens around. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red-headed_Rock_Agama
